## Guest Wi-Fi Privacy Notice
Blair WiFi is a guest Wi-Fi access and management platform provided by Low Volt Ohio LLC.
The business, venue, property, organization, or other entity providing the guest Wi-Fi network you are accessing is referred to in this Privacy Notice as the “Location.”
This notice explains how information may be collected and used when you access guest Wi-Fi through Blair WiFi.
### Information You Provide
Depending on how the Location has configured its guest Wi-Fi portal, you may voluntarily provide information such as:
* your name;
* email address;
* mobile telephone number;
* information submitted through guest access forms;
* verification information;
* marketing preferences and consent; and
* other information you choose to provide through the portal.
The exact information requested may vary by Location and by the access method you select.
### Device and Connection Information
When you connect to guest Wi-Fi, Blair WiFi and the Location may automatically receive technical and network information associated with your connection.
This may include information such as:
* device or network identifiers;
* IP address;
* wireless network and Location information;
* access point or network connection information;
* device, operating-system, browser, or captive-portal information;
* connection and session timestamps;
* authentication and authorization status;
* signal, radio, connection-quality, and network-performance information;
* network traffic totals or similar usage measurements;
* access method used;
* Campaign or guest-experience version presented to you; and
* security, diagnostic, error, and operational events.
This information is used to operate and secure the guest Wi-Fi service and is not intended to inspect the private contents of your Internet communications.
### Consent and Legal Records
When the portal asks you to accept Terms, a Privacy Notice, or marketing consent, Blair WiFi may maintain records showing what was presented and what action you took.
These records may include the applicable Terms or policy version, consent status, date and time, Location, Campaign, access session, and related evidence necessary to document that consent.
If you later withdraw marketing consent, that preference or revocation may also be recorded so future marketing activity can respect your choice.
### How Information Is Used
Information collected through Blair WiFi may be used to:
* provide and authorize guest Wi-Fi access;
* verify guest access through supported authentication methods;
* establish, maintain, and expire guest sessions;
* recognize eligible returning guests;
* operate and troubleshoot the guest Wi-Fi service;
* monitor network availability and performance;
* protect the network, guests, Locations, and platform from misuse or security threats;
* provide guest, connection, and Location analytics;
* maintain consent and compliance records;
* provide customer support and diagnostics;
* perform reporting and service administration;
* operate integrations and automations configured by the Location; and
* send marketing communications on behalf of the Location when the guest has provided applicable marketing consent.
### Returning Guest Recognition
When enabled by the Location, Blair WiFi may store or use a recognition token or similar identifier so an eligible returning device can receive a faster guest-access experience during a future visit.
Recognition does not guarantee continued access. Recognition records may expire, be revoked, or stop working when devices, browsers, privacy settings, or network conditions change.
### Marketing by the Location
If you consent to marketing, the Location may use information you provide, such as your email address or mobile telephone number, to send its own marketing and promotional communications.
Blair WiFi or Low Volt Ohio LLC may process the information, maintain consent evidence, or deliver or synchronize information with communication and marketing providers on the Location’s behalf.
Your consent to Location marketing does **not** give Blair WiFi or Low Volt Ohio LLC permission to independently market unrelated Blair WiFi or Low Volt Ohio products or services to you unless separate consent has been obtained.
You may withdraw marketing consent using the unsubscribe or opt-out method provided with the applicable communication or by contacting the Location.
### How Information May Be Shared
Information may be made available to:
* the Location providing the guest Wi-Fi service;
* authorized personnel managing the Location or its guest experience;
* network-controller and infrastructure providers needed to provide Wi-Fi access;
* hosting, database, security, monitoring, and infrastructure service providers;
* email and SMS providers used to deliver authorized communications;
* marketing platforms selected by the Location;
* integrations, webhooks, or automation destinations configured by the Location;
* service providers assisting with support, security, analytics, or system operation; and
* government authorities or other parties when disclosure is required by law or reasonably necessary to protect legal rights, safety, or security.
Service providers may receive only the information reasonably necessary for the services they perform, subject to applicable contractual and legal requirements.
Blair WiFi does not operate as a data broker and does not independently sell guest information for its own unrelated marketing purposes.
The Location may have additional privacy practices relating to information it receives from Blair WiFi or collects through other channels. Those practices are controlled by the Location and may be described in its own privacy notices.
### Data Retention
Information may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the guest Wi-Fi service, maintain security and operational records, document consent, provide reporting and analytics, fulfill the Location’s configured services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect against fraud or abuse.
Different categories of information may be retained for different periods.
Information may also be deleted, anonymized, or aggregated when identifiable information is no longer reasonably necessary.
### Data Security
Blair WiFi uses administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, loss, or misuse.
No network, wireless connection, computer system, transmission method, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
### Your Choices and Rights
Depending on applicable law and your relationship with the Location, you may have rights concerning your personal information, including rights to request access, correction, deletion, or information about how your data is used.
Requests concerning the Location’s customer records or marketing should normally be directed to the Location.
Requests specifically concerning information maintained through the Blair WiFi platform may be submitted using the privacy-contact information published by Blair WiFi.
Marketing preferences can be changed independently of ordinary guest Wi-Fi operational records. Unsubscribing from marketing does not necessarily require deletion of security, consent, transaction, or operational records that must or may lawfully be retained.
### Children
Blair WiFi is not designed as a service directed specifically to children under 13. Locations should not intentionally configure guest-access forms to solicit personal information from children where parental consent or other age-specific authorization is required by law.
If information is identified as having been collected in circumstances where applicable law requires deletion or parental authorization, appropriate action may be taken.
### Changes to This Notice
The Privacy Notice presented through the guest Wi-Fi portal applies to the information collected in connection with that guest-access experience. This notice may be updated as the service, legal requirements, or data practices change.
Your use of the guest Wi-Fi service remains subject to the version of the applicable Terms, Privacy Notice, and consent choices presented during your access session.
